Comfortable
A person has subjectively a good warmth sense modality, thermoregulation mechanism is not exposed to stress. There is stability of attention, good health, great spirits.

Subcomfortable
A person experiences a moderate heat stress, subjective warmth sense modality – it is very warm. Differences of emotional activity, decreased attention and performance, increased sleepiness can take place.
Thermoregulatory stress is weak, it can be discribed as "cool", deterioration of health, emotional instability, increased anxiety and irritability, decreased immunity can be observed.

Discomfortable
A person experiences a significant burden on the thermal-regulating system, there is a risk of stress overheating. Sudden changes of emotional activity, apathy, headache attacks, decreased performance, as well as inattention, marked fatigue may occur.
There is a risk of hypothermia, significant or excessive loading on mechanism of thermoregulation. A person characterizes his or her feeling of warmth as "very and too cold." Nervous, cardiovascular and respiratory systems are affected adversely. Inattention, drowsiness during the day and insomnia at night, fatigue and disability can appear.
